Your Rights Under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information. Note that we may be required to retain certain data for up to three years due to legal obligations under the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
- Right to Opt-Out: You may opt out of the sale of your personal information. Please be aware that exercising this right may prevent us from providing our core matching services, as our services principally involve passing information to third-party lenders and partners.
You may submit up to two (2) CCPA requests within any twelve-month period. We will respond within 45 days of receipt of your request.
